Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Customized Products:

• Due to the personalized nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

• If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will try to resolve the issue promptly.

For Art Classes:

• In-person classes: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

• Online classes: Once access is granted, no refund will be issued.

• If a class is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
